I travel constantly on business. I build networks for a company that caters to the hotel industry. I spend a lot of nights sleeping in strange beds (alone unfortunately) in strange cities. I am used to paying more for stuff in the hotel for conveniences sake rather than having to go explore an unfamiliar city late at night. I expect to get screwed a little. Then my company started doing stuff for Hilton. These guys could give the mafia lessons in extortion. I know what your thinking...You...
Howdy folks! Well i'm back out on the road once again, and i'm in Manhattan! I love coming here, i don't care what anybody says about it. It truly is the greatest city in the world. I took a walk and got some pizza at Famous Ray's over on 7th Ave. (my little ritual) then strolled over to Times Square and just soaked it all in. The lights, all the smells wafting from the food carts and restaruants, the cabbies honking their horns and all the beautiful women! If you have never been here...Yo...

So...i get to the rental car lot (I'm Hertz #1 club Gold, none of that waiting in line crap for me) an...

As a lot of you know (and some have figured out by deciphering my name) I live in Salt Lake City. But i'm not from there. I was born in Phoenix back in 1968. My hometown has always been a place for me to change airplanes and little more. I have made a few trips down here in my youth, but none in the past 10-12 years. So guess where my work assignment took me this week? Yep...You guessed it! Phoenix is 10 times the size it was when i was a kid. I have been driving around the enti...
