Number 2, is that is exactly what Dr. Rice and Bush said it said.  No specifics, but yes there is a threat.  Given that we slammed Afghanistan within 2 months of the attack indicates plans were already on the board (you dont ramp up for a war that quickly, especially one half way around the world).

And Number 3, why did he not tell Clinton this?  All activities before the memo were on Clinton's watch, and it is not like they happened all at the end of it.

Very Interesting.  it is much better reading the actual memo than reading the news stories on it.  Too much fluff in the latter (CNN and FOX).  This was all prime grade A.
